TERMS: All domestic orders shipped C.O.D or Net terms with approved credit. All international orders ship prepaid.
CHARGE IT: Save C.O.D fees by charging your order on a credit card.
TRACK IT: You can track your shipment with automatic notification from UPS if we have your email address.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: All past due amounts must be paid in full before the next order is shipped. Finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% annum) or the maximum allowed by law will be charged on past due amounts. N.S.F or Return to Maker checks with assessed with a handling fee of $25.00.
RETURN POLICY: All returns must be accompanied with an RA# (Return Authorization Number) which can be obtained by contacting customer serviceDefective products will be analyzed and may be repaired or replaces at Innovative Scuba Concepts discretion. Non-defective goods are accepted subject to the following:
- Items must not be discontinued or closeout.
- No dated RX items may be returned.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all store stickers and marking removed.
- Non-defective, seasonal gift items are not returnable.
- Items may be subject to a handling or re-stocking fee up to 15%.
To receive a RA#, please fill out the appropriate warranty claim form (below) and either email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to Innovative Scuba @ 719-597-4150. You will then be contacted by phone or email from our customer service department to gather additional information, issue you a RA# or issue a credit/replacement if applicable.
WARRANTY CLAIMS: See webpage link for warranty informatiuon on all products at www.innovativescuba.com/warranty. Some items require the end-user's proof of purchase in order to be considered for warranty. Warranty returns do not apply to products that have been lost, altered, broken or damaged by misuse, failure to follow instructions, normal wear, or accidental breakage. Only authorized Innovative Scuba products will be warranted. This warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage caused by unreasonable use of product. SHIPPING DISCREPENCIES: Notifications of domestic shipping errors must be reported to Innovative Scuba Concepts customer service department within 24 hours of receipt of goods for resolutiopn. For international shipping discrepancies, ISC is not responsible for shortages or damage of any product after delivery to freight forwarder or customs agent.
PRICING: Some products within groups may be mixed and matched to get the lowest possible prices. All prices are subject to change without notice.
FREIGHT: All orders within ghr continental USA are shipped from Colorado Springs via UPS. Orders wishing to ship via FedEx or USPS must be specified. Free freight is offered with UPS shipping only. Free freight within the contintental US applies as follows: Dealer - all orders $700 and over, Elite - all orders $600 and over. Free freight does not apply to some items, including: liquid gallon products, rolls of webbing, hazardous materials, and pole spears 6' and over. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will receive free freight for shipments over $800.
ELITE PRICING PROGRAM: When a dealer purchases more than $3,000 during a given year (ending December 31st each year), they will recieve i) Elite pricing for all orders for the remainder of that year, AND ii) Elite pricing for all orders in the next calendar year. Purchases exclude freight.
BACK ORDERS: All back orders will be automatically cancelled after 1 week of the dealer being notified that back ordered inventory is in stock. No product will be placed on back order if the product value is less than $25.00.
FEDERAL FISHING EQUIPMENT TAX: All fishing equipment (including spear fishing) shipped to a destination in the USA is subject to a 10% federal excise tax. This tax affects all item part numbers starting with PX. This tax is added to the subtotal of each invoice.
